Juan del Busto, Regional Executive of the Miami Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, was presented with the Annual, Leader of the Year Award. Juan is responsible for the Branch’s Board of Directors, leads community outreach and development activities, oversees Miami’s economic and financial education programs, and provides regional input into the Atlanta Fed’s monetary policy process.

Patrick Blount, President and CEO of Benewolf, with over 18 years experience in loan sales management, was the guest speaker on the topic, 2009: “Vapor Lock Continued” The presentation was an overview of the current economic crisis as it relates to problem real estate loans.
